Gentle movement, mindfulness and meditation with Clare Wassermann

Join us for a relaxing and friendly morning of guided mindfulness and meditation to support wellbeing. The theme for July’s session will be The sun and warmth, growth, unfurling and relaxation. It will take place online via Zoom.
There will be some gentle movement which can be done standing or seated if you prefer.
What you will need
Room to swing your arms a bit will be useful, as will a place to lie down for a deep relaxation, but again this could be done seated.
Bring along a blanket to keep warm when you are being, still and a cushion/pillow or two would be useful. If you have a yoga mat or folded blanket to lie on the floor on this would be good but not essential. Please also bring a drink of water.
