Join us to for an experimental creative workshop using ink made from plants.
This session is for anyone who would like to make inks from plants and explore the results with others. It’s a follow up to Carolyn’s workshop for Boundary Way Project last Autumn which introduced the botanical ink making process and the 2nd in a series of two sessions exploring using botanical inks. The first of these sessions is taking place on Wednesday the 26th of May.
Participants will need to have some botanical inks and examples of ink work they have made.
Everyone welcome, suitable for all abilities. If you haven’t made botanical ink before you can watch Carolyn’s tutorial on our event page and have a go before the workshop.
The session is the second of a series of two sessions designed as an opportunity for people interested in exploring plant inks to connect and share with others doing the same with a view to developing an ongoing collective.
The session will consist of making and sharing activities using botanical inks and exploring what we have created during and since session 1.
Please bring along ink colour samples and any work you have created with your inks.
